Our Delivery Promise

Every plant from CDS Plants is prepared for its journey with the same care we give in the nursery. Each orchid is hand-packed to keep it secure in transit, with special attention given to protecting leaves, roots, spikes and flowers so it reaches you in the best possible condition.

We are committed to reducing environmental impact, so we use sustainable and recyclable packaging materials wherever we can. Our orchids are grown peat-free, and we aim for our packing methods to reflect those same principles.

Orders are normally dispatched within a few working days. However, as we regularly exhibit at flower shows around the country, there may be times when dispatch is paused while the team is away. If you place an order during a show period, your plants will be carefully packed and sent promptly once we return to the nursery. Thank you for your understanding during these busy times.

In rare cases of extreme weather, dispatch may be delayed briefly to ensure plants are not exposed to harmful conditions while in transit.
